Job tittle: Floor Manager

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Salary: 120k

Job Description: As the floor Manager, you are responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the business to ensure efficiency, productivity and customer satisfaction. Your duties include; Supervising Staff, Managing schedules, handling customer inquiries, monitoring inventory.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Team Leadership: Direct and motivate staff to ensure a cohesive and efficient work environment.

2. Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations, including inventory control and product availability.

3. Customer Service Excellence: Ensure exceptional customer service by training and supervising staff in effective communication and problem resolution.

4. Performance Monitoring: Track individual and team performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies for enhanced productivity.

5. Staff Training and Development: Conduct training sessions to enhance employee skills and keep them updated on product knowledge and company policies.

6. Budget Management: Assist in developing and managing budgets to optimize resources and achieve financial targets.

7. Inventory Management: Monitor and control inventory levels, minimizing stockouts and overstock situations through effective ordering and restocking procedures.

8. Safety and Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and industry standards.

9. Communication Liaison: Serve as a communication bridge between management and staff, ensuring a smooth flow of information and addressing concerns promptly.

10. Problem Solving: Quickly address issues as they arise, employing critical thinking and decisive action to maintain a positive and efficient workplace.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Administration or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years working experience as a floor Manager

- An indepth knowledge of a food delivery industry
