As we know that the Super Falcons player Asisat Oshoala made another history on Thursday after Nigeria had a win against Australia at the 2023 FIFA Women's world cup.
After coming in as a substitute in the 63rd minute of the match played at Brisbane Stadium, Oshoala scored the third goal in the 72nd minute, which made Nigeria victorious in the game, and this made her the first female Nigerian player to score at different FIFA World Cup.

(1) Asisat's love for football started in secondary school, even though her parents were not in support of her passion for sports. however, she was supported by her grandmother during this period.

(2) After graduating from secondary school, Oshoala decided to join the FC Rivers Internationals in Lagos, which remained her team till 2013 when she joined the Rivers Angels.

(3) Oshoala's skills came to the limelight in 2014 after scoring seven goals at the FIFA U-20 Women's World Cup in Canada which helped Nigeria to get to the finals.
