Job Title: Scrum Master

Work Type: Contract
Salary: NGN500,000- NGN600,000

Job Overview:
Our client is a dynamic and innovative payment company that specializes in developing cutting-edge payment solutions. We are seeking a talented and motivated Product Designer to join our creative team and help shape the future of our products. As a Scrum Master, your duties will include facilitating the Agile development process and making sure projects are successfully delivered. Cross-functional teams will be supervised and coached, and any obstacles to teamwork will be removed. The promotion of Agile principles and practices will be essential for fostering continuous improvement and enhancing team effectiveness.

Job Responsibilities:
● Serve as a facilitator and coach for Agile development teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and practices.
● Promote effective communication and collaboration between team members and stakeholders.
● Monitor and track project progress, ensuring that the team is on track to meet sprint goals and project deadlines.
● Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging the team to identify and implement process enhancements.
● Collaborate with product owners to ensure a clear understanding of product backlogs and priorities.
● Stay updated on industry best practices and new Agile trends to continuously improve the Agile development process.

Job Requirements:
● Minimum of 3 years experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in a FinTech or similar industry.
● Strong knowledge of Agile principles and methodologies, particularly Scrum.
● Familiarity with Agile tools and software (e.g., JIRA, Trello) to track and manage project progress.
● Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration and stakeholder management.
● Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certifications are a plus.
