A client of Aquent is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join their team. The core responsibility of this role involves analyzing online customer feedback, specifically focusing on website and native app interactions to identify site defects and UX opportunities. A high-level understanding of eCommerce site functionality, including underlying services such as product inventory and product catalogs, is essential. Candidates with experience in retail eCommerce support are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
Cross-Brand Collaboration: Partner with various teams to resolve system issues and identify opportunities for improvement in support of business end users.
Hands-On Support: Provide hands-on support to the business on the delivery of new and enhanced capabilities for supported products, demonstrating an understanding of business processes and workflows to support adoption.
Technical Issue Resolution: Work closely with Engineering teams to identify and prioritize technical support issues experienced by business end users, and collaborate to drive resolution to minimize risk and business disruption.
Process Optimization: Identify areas of opportunity for optimization of processes and tools through research and analysis.
Effective Communication: Communicate complex concepts in a simple and understandable manner.
Project Participation: Participate in projects and assignments of diverse scope, contributing to various business initiatives.

Qualifications:
Domain Expertise: Work experience in specific domain areas including but not limited to Digital/eCommerce, Stores, Product to Market, Asset Management, Enterprise, Operational, and Customer Insights.
Analytical Skills: Present problem analysis and recommended solutions in a creative and logical manner.
Analytics Knowledge: Strong knowledge and understanding of analytics and how it applies to business processes.
Problem Solving: Ability to analyze complex problems and identify solutions that are both practical and effective.

Preferred Skills:
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
Collaboration: Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across different teams and departments.
Technical Acumen: Familiarity with technical support and engineering collaboration to address and resolve business end user issues.
Project Management: Experience in managing or participating in projects with a diverse scope and impact
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $45 to $50/hr . Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
