*WORK LOCATION : SARS ROAD, PHC.*

*JOB DESCRIPTION*
• To prepare monthly financial statements for 20 retail outlets, warehouse, vehicle accounts
- Profit and Loss accounts
• To audit the records provided by Retail Sales officers at various Retail outlets.
• To update and double check for customer debts and outstanding payments.
• To manage and coordinate the activities and record keeping of sales officers in the outlets.

*OTHER REQUIREMENTS* :
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping principles and procedures.
• Proficient knowledge and use of accounting software . Sage , Excel.
• Excellent Skills in Operations and Financial Management.
• Apt data analysis skills.
• Strong interpersonal and intrapersonal skills.
• Be familiar with some Microsoft packages. (Word, Excel).
