The TGI Young Professionals Program is a talent development initiative aimed at young professionals, providing them with an opportunity to enhance their knowledge, acquire the necessary competencies for leadership roles, and achieve their career aspirations. Upon successful completion of the program, participants will have the chance to work in various businesses within the TGI Group after completing a rigorous six-week induction program.

The group focuses on driving inclusive growth and value addition through the use of locally sourced raw materials, state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities, and a highly skilled workforce. To be eligible for the TGI Young Professionals Program, applicants are required to have a Bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in fields such as Engineering, Social Sciences, Agriculture, Sciences, or other relevant areas applicable to the businesses of the TGI Group. Additionally, a minimum of two years of relevant work experience and professional certification (which is an added advantage) are necessary. The applicants' curriculum vitae (CV) should include all relevant information, and it is essential to have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program. The program is open to both internal and external candidates who meet the requirements.

The program's duration is six months and forms part of the talent pipeline strategy of the TGI Group. It offers experienced candidates the opportunity to enhance their knowledge and develop the competencies required for future managerial and leadership roles. The program features cross-functional and cross-business rotations, providing practical knowledge through experiential learning and project activities.
