Integrity? Yes!!!

Recently, I noticed this particular trend among top social media influencers who are really commanding presence in their space. Issues like them owing their vendors for their meetings or events, not paying up their bills as at the agreed time and taking advantage of these vendors, especially the upcoming ones. Please don't get me wrong, not all of them are like that.

You see, you don't really have to go beyond your level. Grow at your pace, be satisfied with what you have. You really don't have to go beyond what society thinks you should do.

Integrity is one of the key values anyone should hold on to. Let people be able to trust you by your words. Don't tell them you would pay in dollars when obviously you have nothing in your account. You don't have to impress anyone. Pay for people's labor to make your event or business go well. Don't take advantage of them!!!

As subtle as you think those things don't matter, you are already writing the kind of personality you want people to know you for. Unconsciously, it won't take time for that to be known by everyone which the effect can be detrimental to what you do. This can even prevent the top of investors or partners from having anything to do with you.
