GRATITUDE

Do you know you are responsible for YOU?

Oh yes, you are responsible for YOU.

Appreciate the support(be it moral, material, emotional, financial, mental and any other supports) you get from anyone, irrespective of who the person is and no matter how little the support is.

Your uncle, aunty, brother or sister, friends, fiance or fiancee etc., are not responsible for YOU. Show gratitude if they render any help to you.

Well, your parents are responsible for YOU to some extent, they are meant to take care of you (that's if you are not an adult yet, though) and spouse should take responsibility of each other, you guys are married and you have become one😂

Even at that, if you have a responsible parents or spouse, appreciate them for not chosen to be irresponsible

Get rid of entitlement mentality and start showing gratitude

Yes, I concur.

I remember few years ago when a younger cousin of mine asked me to do giveaway, me that was managing my self at that time. I just told her to  wait till december of that year. Lo and behold, december came and she reminded me. As a gentle guy that I am, I told her I did not forget and will get back to her when I have money for giveaway. naso Aunty vex o ;D , long story short, I think she stopped chatting with me afterwards...

Anyways, I sincerely hope her mentality has changed now sha.

You know there is a popular saying that if someone who earns #30,000 monthly gives you #1,000 . It means the person woke up one morning out of the days in the month , dressed up, went to work, worked for the day, and went back home realizing that he has worked for you that day.

Let's always try to be appreciative.

It takes a reflective thinker and a humble person to be able to show gratitude

Let me add this and say nobody owes you support. If you get any from anyone be grateful to God and the person you got it from and if otherwise move on and work hard

Gratitude is indeed a determinant for higher altitude. Only an appreciated help will be sustained and most times in a bigger way, because when you appreciate a man's kind gesture, he will do more and better.

Entitlement mentality is bad and makes us irresponsible at the same time. Moreover, you cannot get anything from an empty pocket 😊 no matter how entitled you are.
