LASU Sets the Record Straight on Viral Degree Certificate Found at Suya Spot

Lagos State University (LASU) has finally addressed the viral social media post about a degree certificate allegedly found at a suya spot in Lagos. The institution has clarified that the incident is an old event that occurred on November 21, 2018.

According to LASU's statement, the certificate was invalidated due to a misspelling of the graduate's surname, which was written as "Abisoye" instead of "Abioye". The university has assured that a new certificate with the correct surname was issued to the graduate.

The management of LASU has described the incident as old news, and it's surprising how it has resurfaced on social media. The university has put the matter to rest, and we can all move on from this interesting saga!
