- A female founder or co-founder of a tech startup for the "Entrepreneur" category.
- An employee who has developed an innovative project in agreement with her employer, while continuing as an employee, for the "Intrapreneur" category.
- A young girl between 7 and 18 years old with a project that showcases her creativity, innovation, and entrepreneurial spirit, for the "Junior" category.

Eligibility Requirements for the 2024 Les Margaret Awards:
Applicants must be:
- A female founder or co-founder of a tech startup for the "Entrepreneur" category.
- Someone who has developed an innovative project in agreement with her employer, being an employee, for the "Intrapreneur" category.
- A young woman under 18 with a project that highlights her creative, innovative, and entrepreneurial spirit for the "Junior" category.
- A citizen of a European, African country, or Canada, having an innovative project that addresses societal issues.

Benefits of the 2024 Les Margaret Awards:
Winners will receive support from JFD's growth acceleration programme for a year, in collaboration with its partners.
JFD will integrate the Les Margaret Award winners into its communications strategy and provide them with €1 million worth of media exposure for a year.
