The Open Doors Russian Scholarship Program offers two tracks for prospective Master's and doctoral students. The Olympiad consists of two rounds for the Master's track and three rounds for the doctoral track. The first round involves a competition of portfolios, and the second round includes a problem-solving challenge. The third round of the Olympiad includes the selection of a prospective research supervisor for the chosen doctoral program and an interview.

Eligibility Criteria:
The competition is open to foreign citizens and stateless persons, including compatriots living abroad. For the Master's track, applicants must have a Bachelor's degree or be completing a Bachelor's degree program during the Olympiad year. For the doctoral track, applicants must have a Master's or Specialist's degree in the year of the Olympiad.

Scholarship Benefits:
The winners of the Open Doors Russian Scholarship Program receive a free early admission to any Russian university. They are exempt from entrance examinations and have their tuition fees covered by the Russian Federation. Participants can choose from a wide range of Russian universities and programs. The language of instruction is either English or Russian, depending on the chosen program and university.
