Is suicide the only option?

I recently heard the news of a young man who tried to commit suicide at Lekki. One would ask, How did he get there?

The issue of depression, Hopelessness and lack of belief in oneself has eaten up a lot of people in Nigeria. I mean with what is going on in the country's economy, it takes a lot of emotional intelligence to be stable.

However, as much as all these are going on, we can still choose to be happy and live a life full of peace. 

We can choose to stay alive. We can choose to keep believing that Nigeria will not be like this forever. 

Do not give up on yourself. Keep pushing, keep believing, don't stop!!!
