No check Up's!

I hear some of you say " oh I'm good I don't want to go for no check Up's"  I'm sorry to say this but you're just digging your own grave .. I'll prove it you come with me.

I was eighteen , I hated drugs, I hated hospitals, I hated needles, I hated herbs! but I loved my bible.. I believed that I needed just the word of God but I was wrong , the Bible says faith without work is death ! You didn't see that right? Me too , I'll tell you something.. I woke up one morning and I couldn't even move, my waist was stiff I called my mum , she came I told her what's going on , she said I was going for a check up or I'm grounded! I hated the sound of being grounded so I reluctantly agreed to her option, we got to the hospital I still couldn't work , the test results came and boom! It was an ovarian infection, according to the doctor it has been there but I was lousy I didn't think going for a check up was interesting or I'll rather say good for me, I didn't! at the end of the day I got treated and I swear to you, ever since that day I resigned from joking with my health.

Okay that wasn't meant to be a story, I'm only letting you know what harm you're doing to yourself when you don't update your health status, you could be nuturing an illness blindly and still look healthy, you need to update your health status at least twice a month, fair enough, ain't saying the word of God is a lie, no it's not, but faith needs pratice!
