Raenest is looking for energetic, and dedicated Customer Support team members who are passionate about delivering and supporting the effective & efficient management of customer experience by providing first-level support and ensuring adequate resolution of customer issues received through various channels.

This is a full-time, 100% remote position.

Must haves;

*A minimum of two years of experience in a customer support/experience role in the financial industry is required.
*Passion for providing exceptional customer service.
*Emotionally intelligent and professional when responding to customer requests and receiving work criticism.
*Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
