About the Programme: 

This intensive 10-month rotational program will equip you with the hands-on experience and knowledge to become a future leader in product management. You'll gain exposure to various departments crucial to the product life cycle, including Product Success, Customer Success, Information Transcription (Data Entry), Support & Comms, and Technical Support.

We're seeking bright and ambitious graduates with the following qualifications: 

● Diploma certificates

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

● A passion for technology and innovation 

● A keen interest in understanding user needs 

● A proactive and results-oriented mindset 

● Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment 

Bonus Points: 

● Experience with product management methodologies (e.g., Agile) 

● Experience in customer service or support roles 

What You'll Do: 

● Product Success: 

○ Train vendors on effectively utilizing the Orda platform to maximize their success. 

○ Work closely with the product team to analyze user behavior and usage data (including data from customer success and technical support).

 

○ Identify areas for improvement and contribute to product roadmap development

● Customer Success: Build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, 

and ensure a positive experience with Orda products. 

● Information Transcription (Data Entry): Gain a deep understanding of the data that fuels our products (vendor menus and inventory) and ensure its accuracy and completeness. 

● Support & Comms (including Vendor Support): 

○ Provide exceptional product-related support to vendors. 

○ Foster a vibrant online vendor community by facilitating communication and knowledge sharing. 

● Technical Support: Provide exceptional technical support to customers, troubleshooting issues and ensuring their success.
